In 1984, Tom White Sr. purchased seven and one-half square miles with the intent of converting it into "the best and most livable community in America." We have since witnessed the fulfillment of that dream. Accomplishing this required thirty major governmental approvals, the construction of an I-95 interchange and a bridge over Florida's Turnpike. There's the 100-acre St. Lucie County Sports Complex, the Florida home of the New York Mets since 1988.
Land was donated for local colleges, churches, schools, parks, and natural preserves- all at no cost to taxpayers. For our residents enjoyment we created the Jim Fazio-designed golf course, now under the ownership of the PGA of America. All this was done to create an ideal environment - an environment that offers a secure and pleasurable lifestyle for thousands.
We invite you to tour St. Lucie West, PGA Village and Tradition, and discover our exceptional values for yourself. Any of our Associates will be happy to tell you more about the variety of residences and the many community facilities that make this a place to truly call home. Finally, we invite you to join us in St. Lucie County - and enjoy life as it was meant to be lived!
