Thanks for the opportunity to comment. Don was absolutely fantastic, he eased my stress level by constantly keeping me in the loop and being very professional and respectful of my situation, Love the guy!
Don provided excellent service. He is knowledgeable, protective, and hard working. This was a particularly stressful time for me. Selling our family home and being widowed three years ago, I was concerned with how my family would cope. Don took such good care of us all, I felt very protected and cared for during the entire process. He was the ultimate professional, but very sensitive to our situation. I have already recommended Don to a neighbor who plans to sell his home next year and won't hesitate to recommend his valuable service in the future.

Don provided us with excellent service. This house is the seventh I've sold and never did a sale go so smooth. Kudos to don, he was wonderful. He provided wonderful food at the caravan. Impressive, always professional and knowledgable!

The choice to sell my home was a difficult one. I'm a single parent trying to manage. I had to sell my home. I needed someone ( a realtor) who understood how difficult my decision was and that made the process of selling, a positive experience. Don did just that.
During the remodel of my home two years ago, Don spent the day helping with curtain rods etc., he was a friend when I needed one. He also returned calls immediately, even on a weekend away with his family.

We just wanted to take the time to write you regarding our experience with one of your agents, Mr. Don Bennetts. As you know Don has been working with us since October 2004 and listed our house in Menifee in January 2005.
The market slowed in Riverside County, but we can't begin to tell you how positive Don has kept things for us through this whole experience. He has been kind, upbeat, honest and thorough.
Although our home hasn't sold, Don couldn't have done any more to actively market the property. He continuously did a revised market analysis, kept us informed of surrounding sales and listings, and called just to check in on us. We felt he followed through on every showing and he obtained helpful feedback from those who returned his calls. He bent over backwards to get information when potential buyers requested tax, school and town information. We really feel he had done all he could do.
On a personal note, we consider Don to be a friend. Our boys adore him ( Cole would greet agents at the door with Mr. Bennett's card) and he shows an equal respect for our children. Not only is Don an outstanding agent, he is a stand up guy and we appreciate his integrity. We'll be renting for approximately a year and then will enter the Fallbrook market as buyers. We're glad we had such an honest agent with us along the way and we thank Don and the Coldwell Banker Landmark Group for their time and effort. We look forward to doing business together in the future.

Don Bennett's was a Godsend to me. As a woman all on her own, Don walked me through every phase. Even after escrow closed he still is helping me.
I would recommend Don to anyone. Don is a very nice man and knows so much about the construction aspect, he was so great to work with.

Don is very knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. Don knew immediately what needed to be done to help make our house ready to sell.
He hand delivered necessary contracts and paperwork for us! Don's experience as a contractor also helped in selling our house. We are recommending Don to my parents, who are planning to sell their house in Fallbrook this year.

We faced many problems in trying to sell my Mother's 62 year old home: plumbing, foundation, electrical, appliances and more. Don and Cheryl patiently helped me through each dilemma. We had daily communications via text, email or phone. We also met at their office various times, through each contact, my questions and concerns were addressed.
Don and Cheryl are very knowledgable and experienced. I think that their roots in, and their love of the community really impressed me. I immediately felt that they really knew our real estate market.
No matter what setbacks we had ( buyers who backed out, unexpected home repairs) Don and Cheryl listened and responded to my needs, and were always calmly reassuring and positive :)

Don was always available and kept us totally up to date by phone, emails, and personal contact. We communicated on a daily basis, not only did he have a superior knowledge of real estate, he was also able to explain it in a clear, concise method. The multitude of documents were always clearly explained and in person for clear communication. There was no question of his realization that this was a significant event in our lives. Don was a personal friend prior to this transaction but his approach is what sold us. We couldn't have been happier! See attached letter:

Don was excellent in all regards to our real estate transaction. Your question #11, " How did you happen to choose our agent" is an important thought process for sellers. We have known Don for over fifteen years and know of him as a warm, caring, intelligent individual who is trustworthy and honest. So, as we decided to list our home, we naturally wanted to interview him, but with such a significant transaction in our lives taking place, friendship would have to be tempered with our desire to get the best agent that we could get, we could not afford less. We invited Don to our home to discuss the listing and he excelled in building our confidence through his marketing strategy, his awareness and manner in listening to our needs, and his overall excellence in real estate knowledge and practices. We were sold and never regretted the choice for a moment. We were also asking a higher price for our home than current comps in the area so my wife and I were not only concerned for our ability to sell the home, but also for the cost to Don for his marketing to sell this home. We explained this to him and he did not hesitate to put our concerns at ease. So naturally, we were elated that we sold the home in two days to all cash buyers who also happened to be real estate brokers and closed the deal in approximately three weeks. We got all we needed out of the transaction, including the ability to rent back for up to two months if needed to find another home.
One other story that also shows Don's professionalism is regarding the buyer's home inspection evaluation, done by a very thorough, comprehensive inspector while the buyers, my wife, myself and Don waited for the completion of the inspection and subsequent report. This inspector took approximately 5 hours to inspect every aspect of our home, a time frame that as we understand it, is usually done in 2 hours. Well, just as we all appreciate a comprehensive evaluation, a significant time frame ( five hours) like this can impact our lives also. In this particular case, it was Don's wedding anniversary on that day and he and his wife had plans to celebrate the occasion. As two, then three and four hours passed, and it appeared that the inspector was not going to find anything of substance in his report, the buyers and ourselves encouraged Don to leave and go enjoy his anniversary. Well, we failed in getting him to leave with his statement, " I want to be here until it's completed", and he stayed through the last of the five hours without a whimper. Very nice!
On a side note, during our purchase of a home in Fountain Valley, CA, we regularly would consult Don to ensure we were proceeding in the most effective manner and he did not hesitate to provide solid, constructive input into our purchase process.
To close, we would not hesitate to use Don again for our real estate needs and would recommend him without reservation to family and friends for theirs.
